Terence Farrel

Stetson University

Terry is a herpetologist and expert on all things Pygmy Rattlesnake. He was also my postdoctoral advisor at Stetson University. When my two-year term was up and it was time to move on to Stockton, he never was able to get rid of me, and our labs continue to collaborate on a variety of research projects in Central Florida.

Joe Agugliaro

Fairleigh Dickinson University

Joe is a physiological ecologist. His lab at Fairleigh Dickinson University focuses on reptile metabolism. Joe was also my lab mate during our PhD at the University of Arkansas. We continue to collaborate on a range of projects linking immune and endocrine physiology with host energetics.

Ignacio Moore

Virginia Tech

Ignacio is an endocrinologist at Virginia Tech. Over the past 10 years, Ignacio and his lab have been critical in conducting hormonal analyses for our work in rattlesnakes, and his expertise on glucocorticoid physiology and endocrinology, in general, has been a vital contribution.

Jeffrey Lorch

United States Geological Survey

Jeff is a microbiologist with the USGS and a leading expert in the biology of Snake Fungal Disease (SFD). Since we began our work on SFD in 2015, Jeff has been a critical collaborator conducting the PCR detection of Ophidiomyces ophiodiicola on our collaborative projects.
